Scarlett invests in the latest technology to ensure that any electronic traceability is discarded after the authenticated receipt of survey responses. 

What personal information does Scarlett share with my employer or the client organization?

Your survey responses are scored and combined with other responses from your demographic group.  Write-in responses are reported as written and included anonymously, interspersed with other write-in comments from your demographic group.  Personal electronic sources are not shared.
